Pastor Billy is the lead pastor of Houston Road Church. He has served in ministry for over 30 years, He and his wife have three children and four grandchildren. Pastor Billy has ministered across the nation as well as Lima, Peru. His vision is to share the hope of Jesus Christ and to release people into the destiny God has for them. Billy & Ronda started as the lead pastor in August of 2015, and since many new families have come to know Jesus as their Savior and Lord! New vision, new passion, greater anointing. They will continue their mission to build the kingdom for years to come.

John serves as Associate Pastor, and Lisa serves on our Worship Team. They joined Houston Road Church around October 2017. John became an Associate Pastor in 2022. Together they lead CREW Ministry which is our motorcycle ministry birthed right here at Houston Road Church.

Stefan serves as an Associate Pastor and Kaleigh as our Children's Pastor. Kaleigh began teaching children's church in October of 2020 and become the Children's Pastor of Houston Road Church in February of 2022. They along with their daughter Paisley and Aubrey, love and serve selflessly to all those in need. Kaleighs heartbeat for our children is played out in her love for God. Both Stefan and Kaleigh are incredible team members at HRC.

Pastor Ken Clark, along with his wife Kathryn, started as the Discipleship Pastor in January 2025 at Houston Road Church. With a passion for fostering spiritual growth and building strong community connections. Ken’s ministry is marked by a deep commitment to equipping individuals to live out their faith in practical, meaningful ways. His leadership is rooted in biblical principles, and he is dedicated to helping the church family grow in discipleship, service, and unity.

Dr. Morais Cassell serves as our executive pastor, and his wife Dr. Diane Cassell serves as our Worship Leader. He is a Behavioral Health Specialist and ministers to youth, married couples and anyone in need. Sister Diane is an incredible Worship Leader and is leading us into the throne room with praise and worship. Since joining Houston Road Church in August 2018, together their ministry has and will continue to lead many into the Kingdom.​

Ryan & Grace serve in our middle school, high school, and college & career ministries. Ryan joined HRC alongside his family in August of 2018 They began leading our youth ministry in June of 2022. Ryan & Grace also serve on our worship team. Their passion is to lead lives to Jesus. Through relationships, the word, and worship.

Anthony and Kimberley Grant started at HRC in February of 2023 and begin their official ministry in hospitality in August of 2024. Taking on this role they make sure all visitors are welcomed to HRC and receive a welcome gift. Kim helps checkin children every week at HRC and Anthony servers as the Vice President of C.R.E.W Ministry at HRC.
